Account details (name, email, phone), sender and recipient details, package information, pickup addresses, support messages and reviews you submit.

How we use it

To book, price, pick up, deliver and track your shipments, to answer support requests, and to keep our service secure.

Public tracking

Anyone with a tracking number can see the shipment's route, service, weight and status history. Names, addresses and phone numbers are never shown on public tracking.

Payments

Payments are made in Bitcoin directly to our wallet. We do not store wallet keys or card details.

Sharing

We share delivery details only with the couriers assigned to your shipment. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time and contact support to request a copy or deletion of your data.
